1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a full refund of any purchase within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, for any reason.
There are no conditions or exceptions. It does not matter whether you have used some or all of the credits from that purchase, and you do not need to give a reason.
The refund is the full amount you paid for that purchase, including any tax charged, and is returned to the original payment method.
When a purchase is refunded, the credits added by that purchase are removed from your account.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject Refund Request and the email address of your Links Pro Tools account. If you have it, include the order number (for example #SEO-11) from your receipt. That is all we need.
For orders paid through Paddle, Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle through the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.
3. Refund Processing Time
Every refund is completed within 7 days of your request.
After that, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take a few more business days to show the money in your account.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full.
Please do not send passwords or full card details in a support request.
5. Credits and Account Closure
Purchased credits do not expire.
You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing your account does not affect your right to a refund of any purchase made within the last 30 days.
6. Your Legal Rights
This Refund Policy adds to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any update is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. A change never reduces the refund rights of a purchase made before the change.
